What a great 4 days at REECA camp in beautiful Wintepark, CO. Thank you to all, who attended my cooking class! I hope it was helpful and all of you now have an idea of how to cook PLOV.

I will be posting a schedule of what's coming up next in my coooking classes with the details of where they will be hosted and what dish I will be teaching to cook.
